Now, there are many famous bloggers in the world posting the newest fashion news. This is the one that I like to check every day. Her parents are both Hong Kong citizen, but she was born in England. She graduated in history of UCL in 2006, then started her blog. She likes to post what she likes, not always focuses on luxury brands, but something different.

It is quite interesting that I can have different view on fashion design by checking her blog.

This is one of my favourite websites called BurdaStyle. People share and post their piece of work by handmade. There are so many talented people, but they are not all designers. Some of them just interests in clothes. In this website, people can share the pattern of clothes. So we can make the same one. Now, Burda Style post two pieces of Karl Lagerfeld's design. I so wanna try these, unfortunately, I don't have sewing machine in here......

But it is kind of cool. If I can make the same clothes, I will be proud of me..... XD

It is the last shows of Christophe Lemaire as creative director for Hermès spring 2011.
He makes the Birkin bag interesting by shrinking the size down. It can be dangled off a bracelet or put it in a larger bag.

For spring 2011, the collection has neutral looks, jumpsuits, leather jackets, leather pants, and so on.

The spirit of Hermès shows in the details. As we can see, the buckles are kind of ornament on the clothes.

Now, it is the season 8 for finale of Project Runway. This time, Project Runway invited Jessica Simpson to be guest judge.

I've been watching this show from season 1 to 8. It intrigued me to learn fashion design that I never knew I can be very interested. I started to learn sketching, pattern making, and draping. It was so much fun! It is a kind of magic that what you have in mind of clothes, then making it happen.

In this show, designers show their creativity and their personality through every week's challenge. I remembered there was a one time that designers used news paper to make garments. It was a fantastic show because it didn't look like news paper! Just beautiful dress. It is hard to believe that how they make it so great.

Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing the final show!

From a model/TV presenter, Alexa Chung has became a fashion icon. Many fans copy her looks and ranked her in Best dressed lists many times. Even Mulberry named a bag for her.

Alexa Chung was born to be a model. Her style of dressing is very edge, and she knows how to dress. Last 2 year, when she was bringing Mulberry bag in the public, every one just wanted the same bag like hers. But the price of Mulberry bag is expensive. So there are many companies copy the type to fit in with customers like.

Fashion trend or street fashion is just something like this. When something gets popular, there will be lots of counterfeit in the market. But it's hard to say that it's right or wrong. We just can say  that fashion market creates the need for people.
